1. Who uses the software
Brokerages and other organizations (“Program Operators”) use Lifetime Vendor OS to run vendor, member and employee perks programs. Their staff, the vendors and members in their programs, those members’ employees, and people applying to a program all use the software under these terms.
2. Program Operator agreements come first
If your organization has signed a Master License Agreement or another written agreement with LHSA, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us or your Program Operator right away at hello@lifetimehomesupport.com if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Programs are run by Program Operators
Each Program Operator decides who joins its program, what members receive, and its fees, discounts, rewards and bonuses. LHSA provides the software and is not a party to the arrangements between a Program Operator and its vendors, members or their employees. Vendors are responsible for their own services, and LHSA does not endorse or guarantee any vendor.
Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Questions about a charge, a refund or a program’s rules go to the Program Operator.
5. What you add
You keep ownership of what you add, such as logos, photos, listings and documents. You allow LHSA and your Program Operator to store, display and share it as needed to run the program.
You confirm you have the right to add it. When you refer someone, you confirm you have their permission to share their contact details so they can be contacted about the referral.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Lifetime Vendor OS to:
- break the law or violate anyone’s rights;
- send spam or add people’s information without permission;
- upload harmful code, or test, probe or get around the software’s security;
- copy data in bulk, or access another organization’s information;
- pretend to be someone else.
7. Our software
Lifetime Vendor OS and its design, code and content belong to LHSA and its licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of them. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Other services
Some features rely on other companies, such as Stripe for payments and DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign or BoldSign for signatures. Their own terms apply when you use them, and LHSA is not responsible for their services.
9. Suspending or ending access
A Program Operator can end your access to its program. LHSA may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the software or other people at risk.
10. Disclaimers
Lifetime Vendor OS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, LHSA makes no warranties, express or implied, including that the software will be uninterrupted or error free.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, LHSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. LHSA’s total liability for any claim about Lifetime Vendor OS is limited to the greater of the amount you paid LHSA for it in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
12. Your responsibility to us
If a claim is made against LHSA because of what you added to Lifetime Vendor OS or how you used it in breach of these terms, you will cover LHSA’s reasonable costs of that claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about them will be decided in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Lifetime Vendor OS after that means you accept the change.
